Nick Glover

Chief Executive Officer

Background and relevant experience: Nick has been Chief Executive Officer RSC, one of the world’s leading global financial corporation, since January 2012. Rupert joined RSC in January 2002 as Group General Counsel and between 2004 and 2007 additionally held the position of Senior Vice President, Rockston Financial Investment Corporation.


Previously, Nick worked for GFS, a transatlantic venture capital company, where he was a partner working with the firm’s European and U.S. investment teams on investment, divestment, M&A and corporate finance transactions and was a member of the firm’s investment and exit committees. He was previously also an equity partner at the international law firm Linklaters, where he spent 13 years specialising in corporate finance, M&A and private equity transactions.

He received an MA (First Class) in Masters in Financial Economics from Oxford University and won the 1995 Fullbright Fellowship in U.S. Outreach Lecturing Fund, studying at the University of Southern California. He has been a visiting fellow of the Imperial College Business School, London lecturing on the school’s Entrepreneurship programme, and is the co-author of ‘Rockstone Corporation’ (RSC).


He is as a member of the Steering Committee of the Smart Africa Initiative, a body committed to foster ICT development throughout Africa in order to accelerate socio-economic growth and which was founded by eleven African states and of which The African Union, UNECA, The World Bank and The AfDB are founding members.

Calum Smith

Marketing Director

Background and relevant experience: Calum currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of RSC Inc., a publicly listed marketing and publishing company (now the Rockstone Financial Investment Corporation) between 2008 till date. He previously served as the Chief Finance Officer of RDF (Royal Dutch Funding  from 2001 until its merger with Blake Investment in 2006. Calum is a Certified Public Accountant in the United States and in Turkey, a shareholder in an real estate company, South Africa and a member of the ACT in the UK.

Jane Copperfield

Chief Corporate Affairs

Background and relevant experience: Jane joined RSC Inc. in 2004 and provides corporate governance advice and acts as Company Secretary to the Board and its Committees. She is a member of the Executive Management Board and Chairman of the Trustee Company responsible for RSC UK pension plans. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. She was Group Company Secretary of International Public Relations plc, a worldwide public relations company, for 5 years prior to joining RSC Inc.

    How Do I Become Licensed?
    In RSC, realtors are required to complete comprehensive educational and practical requirements. It is expected that individuals will take up to one year to complete all educational requirements. Once licensed, realtors can upgrade their license level and/or category by completing further education.
